Weekly coaching sessions provide the highest level of individual attention, lasting as long as necessary in order for everyone on every call to speak about their weekly progress, and receive coaching on immediate steps to move forward through the following week. How Is Coaching Different From Consulting? 

With consulting, one person generally provides specific (usually business) advice to another. Coaching, on the other hand, is about co-creating a path forward by uncovering the client’s deep inner wisdom.

Although our purpose as Coaches in our sessions is to help you question your beliefs, thoughts and feelings, we also weave in some advising based on our Psychology and Sociology backgrounds coupled with over 25 years combined experience as social leaders, depending on each client’s personal needs.

How Often Do We Meet and for How Long? 

Group coaching sessions last as long as there is need and take place once a week, for six (6) months. We will talk through your immediate needs, goals, potential obstacles and give you actionable steps to take between sessions.

Most people need coaching for at least three months in order to get results and find momentum for new habits. Because of this—and because our ever-shifting circumstances will require us to make regular adjustments— We require a six month commitment from our clients.
